A superhero drink packed with fruit power & hidden veggies!


🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup spinach (a handful)

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

  • 1/2 cup apple slices OR mango

  • 1/2 cup milk or water

  • 1/2 cup yogurt or a splash more milk

Optional add-ins:
🥄 chia seeds | 🍯 honey | 🥥 coconut | 💪 protein powder | 🍋 squeeze of lemon

  1. Add banana, pineapple, apple/mango to the blender.

  2. Add spinach last (so it blends green and bright!).
