  • 2 medium sweet potatoes

  • 1–2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional spices (kid-friendly):
    🧂 cinnamon | 🌿 paprika | 🧄 garlic powder | 🍯 honey drizzle after baking

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Peel sweet potatoes (optional) and cut into fry-shaped sticks. (Adult help)
