Mini mac & cheese bites baked in muffin cups — cheesy finger food heaven!


🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked mac & cheese (boxed works great)

  • 1 egg (helps hold shape)

  • Small handful shredded cheese on top

(Only 3 ingredients, still delicious!)

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Stir one beaten egg into warm mac & cheese.

  3. Spoon into greased muffin cups.

  4. Sprinkle cheese on top.

  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until tops are golden.

  6. Cool slightly → pop out & eat like bite-size muffins!
