You Are My Sunshine

Little Miss Muffet

miss muffet

Little Miss Muffet, sat on her chair,

Eating her curds with not a care.

Along came a spider, with silent grace,

And nestled beside her, in that tranquil space.

Little Miss Muffet, she didn't flee,

She watched the spider, as calm as can be.

With gentle eyes, she whispered soft,

"Hello there, little friend, you're not so aloft."

The spider, surprised, paused in its quest,

To see this kindness, it felt so blessed.

Together they sat, in peaceful accord,

Little Miss Muffet and her new friend, oh lord.

So, next time you see a spider, don't be afraid,

For like Little Miss Muffet, a bond can be made.

In the quiet moments, when fears take flight,

Friendship can bloom, under the moon's soft light.
